## Summer Internship Program 2027 – Corporate Systems Analyst Intern ### Overview The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. ### Role Summary The Corporate Systems Analyst Intern will support technical administration of **Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB)** and **ServiceNow**, with exposure to billing and IT service troubleshooting. ### Responsibilities - Troubleshoot and resolve **time-sensitive billing issues** through root cause analysis, permanent fixes, and **SQL-based data validation**, investigation, and reporting. - Manage **Tier 1/2 ServiceNow incidents and service requests** in compliance with SLAs, while maintaining **SOPs** and operational documentation. - Leverage modern technologies including **Python**, **AI agents**, and **large language models (LLMs)** to solve risk-related problems. - Partner with internal clients across **technology, operations, and compliance** teams. - Build and maintain infrastructure to support automated **risk analysis and reporting**. ### Knowledge & Experience - Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to your **junior year**. - Experience with **SQL and/or Python**, including: - SQL querying, joins, and aggregations - Python data structures, functions, classes, virtual environments - Ability to read and work with existing code for data analysis and problem solving - Experience with **REST/SOAP APIs** and **JavaScript** would be beneficial (not required). - Strong data skills, including: - Cleaning and validating complex datasets - Exploratory data analysis - Creating clear visualizations - Understanding data quality, bias, and privacy considerations - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently. ### Internship Program Schedule To accommodate varying academic calendars, the program offers two schedule options: - **Option 1:** May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027 - **Option 2:** June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 Candidates will select their preferred session during the application process. **Important:** Interns must be available to work **full-time, five days a week**, at the **Atlanta office** for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.
