**Job Description — Summer Internship Program 2027 (EUC / End User Computing) Intern** The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business with practical career and professional development. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. --- ### What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) - Support the **End User Hardware Refresh** program by helping automate workflows to remove manual steps and actions - Contribute individually and as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager - Engage with business partners and contribute to projects that drive significant value - Provide technical support for end user equipment - Assist with deployment and management of end user hardware and software - Support onboarding and training of end users - Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned --- ### What We’re Looking For (Knowledge & Experience) - Currently enrolled in a **bachelor’s degree program** at an accredited university - Expected graduation date **no later than June 2027** - Strong computer skills, including solid working knowledge of **Microsoft Office** - General technical knowledge of **Windows, macOS, or Linux** - General networking knowledge (**TCP/IP**) - Automation and scripting knowledge (**PowerShell** and/or **AI tools**) --- ### Internship Program Schedule To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options: - **Option 1:** May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027 - **Option 2:** June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process. **Important:** Interns must be available to work **full-time, five days a week** at our **New York (11 Wall Street)** office for the **entire duration** of one of the designated program schedules.
