## Overview The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business with practical career and professional development. As an **End User Computing (EUC) Intern**, you will support the **End User Hardware Refresh** program by helping automate workflows to remove manual steps and actions. ## Responsibilities - Contribute individually and as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager - Engage with business partners and contribute to projects that drive significant value - Provide technical support of end user equipment - Support deployment and management of end user hardware and software - Assist with onboarding and training of end users - Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned ## Knowledge & Experience - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited university (expected graduation date **no later than June 2027**) - Effective computer skills, including solid working knowledge of **Microsoft Office** - General technical knowledge of **Windows, macOS, or Linux** - General networking knowledge (**TCP/IP**) - Automation and scripting knowledge (**PowerShell** and/or **AI tools**) ## Internship Program Schedule To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options: - **Option 1:** May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027 - **Option 2:** June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process. **Important:** Interns must be available to work **full-time, five days a week**, at the **Jacksonville office** for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.
