## Summer Internship Program 2027 — Infrastructure Observability Intern ### Overview The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business with practical career and professional development. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, interns participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen their understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. ### Responsibilities - Process and respond to monitoring requests - Validate runbooks and instructions for handling alert and alarm correlations - Help automate determination of monitoring tool fit for various requests and use cases - Support onboarding of applications into the enterprise monitoring system, including permission handling and workflow verification per company policy - Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned ### Knowledge & Experience - Must be currently pursuing a Computer Science degree (or equivalent) - Must be at least advancing to their junior year of study - Familiarity with networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP) - Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools ### Internship Program Schedule To accommodate varying academic calendars, the program offers two schedule options: - **Option 1:** May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027 - **Option 2:** June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process. **Important:** Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at the **Jacksonville office** for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.
