For more information: www.shield.ai Follow Shield AI on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. --- ## Role Summary The **Senior Lead, TA & PX Systems Administration** supports Shield AI’s entire **Talent Acquisition (TA) technology ecosystem**, including: - ATS - CRM - Sourcing tools - Other recruiting technology The role also supports **third-party HR technology**, such as: - Lattice - Pave - Compa - Carta --- ## What You’ll Do - **Hands-on administration and continuous optimization** of **Ashby** as Shield AI’s ATS and CRM - Partner with **People Technology leadership** to build the **roadmap for TA and HR technology** - Work cross-functionally with teams including **recruiters, hiring managers, TA leadership, People Experience Operations, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Finance, Procurement, IT, Security**, and more - Translate business requirements into **durable system design** - Ensure TA and PX systems are **well-configured, well-integrated, and well-governed** --- ## Career Growth This is an **individual, hands-on position at the start**. As Shield AI scales, the role is expected to grow into a **player-coach** position that **builds and leads a TA and PX systems team**.
