Headquartered in **Silicon Valley** with offices in **London, Bangalore, and Vancouver**. ## Solutions Architect — What You’ll Do - Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable technical solution deployment based on customer needs. - Develop an in-depth understanding of Ema’s technology and underlying architectures. - Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to potential customers. - Work with customers to execute successful **PoCs**, demonstrating feasibility and value in their environment. - Act as a **Trusted Advisor** to key customer stakeholders, focused on achieving business outcomes. - Design and architect solutions aligned with customer business goals and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. - Drive project teams toward common goals to accelerate adoption of Ema’s solutions. - Communicate and demonstrate value throughout the engagement: **demo → proof of concept → workshops/design sessions → implementation**. - Help take Ema’s solution from **PoC to production**. - Understand customer cloud/on-prem environments and deployment needs; translate customer requirements into productionizable solutions that fit Ema’s deployment models. - Diagnose and resolve technical challenges; implement investigation tools to increase productivity and create repeatable processes. - Create and maintain technical documentation (solution architectures, integration guides, best practices). - Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert internally (engineering, sales, product) to remove deployment obstacles and improve Ema. ## Ideally, You Have - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - **8+ years** experience as a Solutions Architect/Engineer, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role. - Strong understanding of **enterprise SaaS** solutions and **cloud technologies**. - Experience with **solution design, architecture, and integration**. - Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies. - Customer-focused mindset and passion for solving customer challenges. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Strong collaboration skills across global teams. ## Compensation & Equal Opportunity Compensation is determined by factors such as location, level, and experience.
