It provides a complete backend solution—**Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search**—deeply integrated and designed for growth. ### About the Role Supabase is hiring a **Member of Technical Staff** to work with leading AI labs in the San Francisco area. You’ll be a technical subject-matter expert who builds relationships with Product and Engineering stakeholders and navigates large AI lab environments. You’ll serve as Supabase’s **“quarterback”** and drive an end-to-end engagement model: 1. **Account Mapping & Relationship Building** — Identify key relationships across Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations teams at AI labs. 2. **Lunch & Learns / Tech Talks / Technical Enablement** — Lead onsite sessions to educate labs on Supabase and its roadmap. 3. **Co-build (Product Integration)** — Build integrations and joint solutions with Supabase’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams. 4. **Developer Relations (DevRel)** — Create content (blogs, docs, videos, live streams) and run in-person community events and hackathons. 5. **Quarterly Technical Reviews** — Review highlights, adoption metrics, what’s working, key initiatives, and alignment on technical resources. This is a **high-visibility senior IC** role with direct impact on product adoption and ecosystem expansion. ### What We’re Looking For - **8+ years** in technical roles (e.g., Strategic Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Product Management) - Strong understanding of **developer ecosystems** and modern **data/infra stacks** - Demonstrated experience **shipping integrations** and growing them post-launch - Experience using **AI and vibe coding tools** alongside Supabase - Clear, concise communicator who can align **Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success** - Highly organized operator who can build programs from scratch and iterate quickly - Comfortable operating in **ambiguity** in a fast-moving, open-source-first environment - **Data-driven** and outcome-oriented - Startup experience is a plus ### What We Offer - **Fully Remote** (global hiring).
