## Manager, Forward Deployed Services — Remote ### 🏢 About DOSS DOSS is building an **AI-native Operations Cloud** for physical product businesses — managing the flow of goods, dollars, and data across: - 📦 Procurement & Inventory - 🛒 Orders & Fulfillment - 💰 Finance Built to replace spreadsheet chaos and rigid ERPs. Recently raised a **$55M Series B** co-led by Madrona & Premji Invest, with participation from Intuit Ventures, Theory Ventures, General Catalyst, and others. --- ### 🎯 About the Role The **Forward Deployed Services (FDS) Manager** sits at the intersection of product, data, operations, implementation, and customer partnership. You'll lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers (FDPMs) while staying **deeply hands-on** yourself. You'll own a portfolio of DOSS's most complex, high-value client relationships across the full post-sales lifecycle: > Discovery → Product Design → Build/Configure → UAT → Go-Live This is a **player-coach role** — you're not just directing, you're doing. --- ### 🛠️ What You'll Do - Lead a team of FDPMs across upper mid-market and enterprise client portfolios - Stay hands-on across the full post-sales lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, and go-live - Own the success of DOSS's most complex client relationships - Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map end-to-end business processes - Drive new product capabilities supporting enterprise growth - Set the standard for best-in-class practices — build what doesn't exist, improve what does - Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform - Partner with technical teams on integrations and data migrations - Lead UAT, training, and go-live support; build relationships that drive retention and expansion - Coach FDPMs on client management, problem-solving, and delivery quality - Drive **AI-forward automation** improvements across product and customer lifecycle processes --- ### ✅ What We're Looking For - **8+ years** of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product ops, or technical program management — including people management - **ERP Implementation Leadership** — managed a team through scoping, configuration, data migration, and go-live *(strongly preferred)* - **Systems Thinker** — you can traverse, untangle, and rebuild complex interconnected systems - **Player-Coach Mentality** — you lead by doing, not by delegating from a distance - **High-Intensity** — you've thrived in startups, consulting, or finance environments - **Technical from First Principles** — you grok hard engineering and logic problems intuitively - **Strong Analytical Mindset** — SQL experience is a plus, not required --- *📍 Remote | 💼 Full-Time*
