Our platform helps organizations across healthcare, government, and other regulated industries transform institutional knowledge into intelligence assets—improving the accuracy, reliability, and impact of AI in real-world workflows. **About the Role** We’re seeking a **Member of Technical Staff, Platform Engineer (Full Stack)** to productionize AI research and build scalable systems for model training, evaluation, and data collection. This is a **remote, United States-based** role. You’ll work across the full technology stack with particular strength in **backend systems, platform architecture, and infrastructure**—architecting and scaling our reinforcement learning environments platform, building data-collection systems at scale, and establishing engineering foundations to move research into reliable production. **Responsibilities** - Architect and scale our reinforcement learning environments platform and the underlying infrastructure required to support data collection at scale. - Build and operate scalable backend services, APIs, and data-generation pipelines. - Develop modular environment domains that integrate directly with model training and evaluation workflows. - Translate research requirements and prototypes into reliable, production-quality systems. - Build intuitive full-stack tools and interfaces that support research, engineering, and operational workflows. - Design resilient systems with a strong focus on reliability, observability, performance, maintainability, and security. - Develop and maintain data models, storage systems, and platform integrations.
