## Sr. Commerce Platform Manager ### About Roku Roku is changing how the world watches TV. The Senior Commerce Platform Manager will shape and scale Roku’s commerce financial platform. You’ll ensure partner monetization, onboarding, billing, and payout capabilities are operationally efficient, financially accurate, and compliant with regulatory and contractual requirements. You’ll drive cross-functional platform initiatives, define roadmap priorities, and establish financial controls and compliance frameworks to support evolving business models. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Content Distribution to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable platform solutions. You’ll also proactively identify operational risks and ensure readiness across accounting and billing systems for new product and partner launches. *Reports to: Director, Commerce Financial Platform.* ### Responsibilities - Own the compliance posture of partner onboarding and payout workflows, including partner identity, tax compliance validation, tax reporting, sanctions, regulatory screening, and the controls that evidence them. - Design, document, and maintain financial and operational controls across order lifecycle, billing, and payout systems—ensuring audit-readiness for internal audit, external auditors, and SOX. - Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Risk to translate regulatory and contractual requirements into platform specifications and track them through delivery. - Lead remediation of compliance findings and drive systemic root-cause fixes for financially impactful defects. - Evaluate new commercial constructs and partner requirements (details continue in the original posting).
