Our services ingest, store, process, and perform analytics on experience data at scale. We design systems for **high availability**, **high throughput**, **data consistency**, and **security**—enabling customer, employee, brand, and product teams to rapidly build data-driven workflows and tools. --- **How You’ll Find Success** - Extend the platform by facilitating specialization and personal growth for engineers. - Participate in design and architecture, requirements gathering, full stack development and delivery, operations, quality, and benchmarking/optimization. - Help envision the future of experience management and anticipate customer needs. - Identify hidden problems, demonstrate intellectual/engineering curiosity, and continuously question whether there’s a better way. (Time spent on the data platform grows you fast.) --- **How You’ll Grow** - Work on high-impact services with high scale and reliability requirements. - Build a broader understanding of system interactions (e.g., caching, routing, queue management, event-driven systems). - Develop the ability to build scalable, fast, robust, and simple SaaS solutions. - Gain familiarity with containerization and full-stack development. - Implement new functionality from provided requirements and specifications. - Collaborate with other engineers, TechOps, and product managers. - Learn Agile through daily stand-ups, prioritization, and delivering value with urgency. - Mentor and lead teammates. --- **Things You’ll Do** - Develop SaaS software and build, distribute, scale, and operate services. - Build scalable, robust, highly available data-intensive microservices. - Implement new features and optimize existing ones to deliver customer value. - Partner with UX, TechOps, and Product to achieve strong product designs. - Participate in daily stand-ups, collaborate with peers, prioritize features, join an on-call rotation, and consistently deliver value. --- **What We’re Looking For (Resume)** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) and demonstrated expertise in algorithmic execution, data structures, data modeling, plus the ability to estimate and deliver coding objectives. Open to exceptional candidates at all levels (junior through principal). - Experience with distributed systems and data processing technologies. - Strong mathematical and/or computational background. - Knowledge of open source / industry-standard data processing, storage, and serving technologies. - Excellent troubleshooting skills. - 2–5 years of meaningful engineering experience. --- **What You Should Know About This Team** - Collaboration is essential—work regularly with other teams and projects. - The scale of the problems means your impact scales too (performance, cost, reliability). - You’ll have opportunities to
