We’re looking for an exceptional leader to help drive that growth—ensuring each engineer reaches their full potential. **What you’ll do** - Lead and manage a team of machine learning engineers working on ML projects at massive scale - Contribute innovative ideas and modeling improvement strategies - Mentor junior engineers and support their growth - Work with terabyte-scale datasets and experiment with new models and novel training datasets **What we’re looking for** - Experience managing ML engineering teams on large-scale ML projects - Strong ability to mentor and develop engineers - A track record of proposing and implementing innovative modeling approaches
