Our team builds next-generation trajectory prediction and decision-support systems while preparing the airspace for emerging technologies like commercial space operations and advanced air mobility. --- **🔧 What You Will Do** - Build software simulators to model the behavior of the entire National Airspace System - Model aircraft trajectories, weather, ATC and pilot behavior, and more - Design and implement simulation infrastructure using discrete-time simulation, physics, statistics, and algorithms --- **⭐ What We Value** - Experience building infrastructure for **discrete-time simulations** - Experience implementing **physics-based models** in discrete-time simulations - Experience designing algorithms for **mission-critical applications** - Experience with **Monte Carlo analysis** for algorithm validation and tuning - Domain experience in **aviation or related fields** involving physical system modeling - Proficiency in modern languages such as **Rust** and **Python** - Strong **collaboration skills** across teams in mission-critical environments - Comfort leveraging **modern LLM tools** to accelerate development and enhance code quality --- **🤝 How We Hire** Our interview process is designed to simulate what it would actually look like working together — not a screening test.
