## Senior Implementation Engineer (Remote - US) ### Overview The Senior Implementation Engineer is responsible for implementing in all phases of the design, test, and implementation process. You’ll help modify project scope, identify and troubleshoot problems, assess required changes, and determine implementation success after delivery. ### What You’ll Do - Lead requirements analysis and consult on recommended practices for enterprise solutions (business + technical) - Implement enterprise deployments and design technical architecture for large-scale, complex products and solutions - Design, implement, configure, and customize solutions, integrations, and add-ons to meet complex functional and technical requirements - Create and deliver requirements documentation and accurately estimate deployment timelines - Lead solution/prototype demonstrations while maintaining stakeholder buy-in and managing scope expectations - Collaborate with project teams to deliver quality solutions and share innovative ideas - Perform performance troubleshooting and root cause analysis in complex solutions and technologies - Communicate resolution steps to internal teams and all levels of customer management - Demonstrate expertise in digital asset management and content services platform markets; apply knowledge to develop requirements - Learn new products/solutions and become a subject matter expert in Hyland content services platforms - Lead business, functional, and technical requirements elaboration and architectural design sessions with customers - Manage creation of client deliverables (e.g., specifications, test cases, user stories, design documents) - Identify and submit product feature requests to product management - Deliver customer and team training (including creating training materials and conducting end-to-end sessions) - Provide technical sales assistance for enterprise pursuits - Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers; build strategic relationships and provide consulting based on best practices - May guide and mentor other team members ### Technology Tools (Examples) - OSGi, Spring (or similar frameworks) - JUnit - REST / JAX-RS - Google Polymer, Angular, React, Vue (or other JS frameworks) - Modern SQL databases, database abstraction, and key-value store concepts - JSON, XML, SWIFT, AVRO - HTML5, CSS3 ### Role Essentials - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); STEM degree preferred or equivalent certifications/experience - 8+ years of consulting/professional services experience in a client-facing delivery role - Experience with software implementation best practices and software architecture principles - Proven ability to build productive client relationships - Industry experience in one or more of: Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Marketing, Graphic Design, Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Government/Military/Intelligence, Fashion, Consumer Products - Strong oral and written communication skills with professional discretion and tact - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills - Strong collaboration skills across teams and all organizational levels - Leadership, sound judgment, and business acumen - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain rapport - Strong analytical/problem-solving and data gathering skills - Critical thinking and original thinking to translate goals into new implementation/design ideas - Self-motivated; able to manage projects to completion with mi
