Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and industry training. **You Are** As a Senior AI Native Engineering Manager, you’ll leverage your software engineering and implementation strengths to deliver outcomes. You’ll serve as the senior engineer and technical lead for your team—success is measured by what the team delivers. You’ll work directly with client, product, and QA teams to steer solutions and provide thought leadership across product development, architecture, and delivery practices. **The Work** - Lead a team of engineers designing, building, and delivering high-quality software (hands-on with code, design reviews, and pairing where it adds value) - Own technical direction: shape architecture, set engineering standards, and make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability - Partner with client, product, and QA teams to refine requirements, clarify scope, and align on solutions and priorities - Plan and forecast delivery, remove blockers, and communicate status, risks, and progress transparently - Coach, mentor, and grow engineers through feedback, career development, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement - Champion quality through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and close collaboration with QA - Apply AI agents and workflows in both the solutions you build and how the team works to improve productivity and outcomes - Act as a trusted advisor with a point of view on emerging technologies and product development best practices **Here’s What You Need** - Strong software engineering background with proven experience as a tech lead or engineering manager - Front-end experience with Angular - Back-end experience with Java and Spring - Experience designing and delivering serverless solutions - Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows, with sound judgment on where they add real value - Team leadership: set direction, build trust, give candid feedback, and drive accountability - Excellent communication skills with clients and cross-functional partners (technical and non-technical) - Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward outcomes over activity **The Extras** - US Citizenship - Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance **Pay Transparency (Base Pay Range)** $139,300 — $282,500 USD (for the listed locations) **Equal Employment Opportunity** Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and is committed to creating a culture of respect, belonging, and equal opportunity. **Requesting an Accommodation** If you need accommodation during the recruiting process or to perform essential job functions, speak with your recruiter.
