Their mission is to accelerate speed to care by optimizing provider schedules and routing communications (messages, pages, calls, and alerts) to the right place at the right time. ## Role: Mobile Developer I (US Remote) Join a collaborative, cross-functional team to build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for **iOS and Android** using **React Native** from a shared codebase. ### Responsibilities - Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using **React Native** (iOS + Android) - Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code - Integrate mobile apps with **RESTful APIs** and **third-party SDKs** - Debug and resolve bugs, performance issues, and platform-specific quirks - Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior engineers - Write and maintain basic unit and integration tests - Communicate effectively in a remote environment (including maintaining an active on-camera presence during meetings when expected) ### Qualifications - Some prior technical experience in mobile development/software development (or a **BS in CS/Software Engineering** or related field) - Working knowledge of **React Native** and **JavaScript/TypeScript** (components, state, props, hooks) - Basic understanding of **SDLC** and/or **Agile** delivery practices - Familiarity with mobile UI/UX principles and interest in building skills across iOS + Android - Experience with **Git** and consuming **REST APIs** - Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams - Health IT experience is a plus ## Why Join PerfectServe? - Remote-first environment - Growth, transparency, and innovation - Opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports patient care and clinician well-being ## Compensation & Benefits - **Salary range:** **$75,000–$100,000 USD/year** (based on background, strengths, and growth potential) - Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability options available day one - **401K** with match and immediately vested - **17 company holidays**, plus 2 floating holidays and competitive paid time off ## Equal Opportunity Employer PerfectServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V) and is committed to compliance with applicable employment discrimination laws, including providing reasonable accommodations where appropriate.
