**Technical Program Manager, Agent Safety & Security** **About the Role** Lead high-priority safety and security programs advancing defense in depth for agents at Anthropic. You'll coordinate work across teams to strengthen how we develop and deploy agents safely and securely, and bring these tools to customers and partners. **Key Responsibilities** • Maintain and extend the roadmap for all contributing work across the company • Turn program goals into measurable exit criteria and maintain key metrics • Chair leads meetings, working groups, design reviews, and executive check-ins • Drive executive and contributor communication through reports and decisional documents • Maintain the risk register and bring hard calls to decision makers • Partner on company-wide communications and employee rollouts • Coordinate subject matter specific TPMs and engineering managers • Take coordination load off technical leaders across Security, Safeguards, Research, Privacy, Legal, and Product • Track industry context on incidents, capabilities shifts, and research **You May Be a Good Fit If You** • Have led company-wide technical programs with multiple workstreams and executive sponsors • Have strong background in agent/infrastructure security, ML classifiers, evaluations, inference infrastructure, or shipping security controls • Have worked closely with ML research teams • Work independently and know when to escalate • Can command a room and hold senior engineers and executives accountable without formal authority • Write clearly and fast for any audience • Use AI tools to automate tracking and reporting • Care about AI safety and human oversight of powerful systems • Have 10+ years of relevant experience **Compensation & Details** 💰 $365,000 – $435,000 USD annually 📍 Hybrid (25% office minimum; some roles require more) 🎓 Bachelor's degree or equivalent required ✅ Visa sponsorship available **Apply anytime** — rolling basis, no deadline
