**Insider Threat Monitoring Mid** **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services as an Insider Threat Monitoring Lead. You'll establish, operate, and refine a comprehensive insider threat program focused on deterrence, detection, and mitigation to safeguard sensitive information and assets. **Key Responsibilities** • Establish and advance a comprehensive insider threat program • Develop and implement deterrence, detection, and mitigation strategies • Gather, integrate, and analyze threat-related data • Assess risks, identify vulnerabilities, and design effective countermeasures • Monitor employee activity across enterprise networks • Analyze intelligence to prioritize security risks and respond to emerging threats • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members **Required Qualifications** • 3+ years of professional experience with insider threat program principles and best practices • In-depth knowledge of deterrence, detection, and mitigation strategies • Proficiency in threat data analysis and response • Strong cybersecurity, network security, and data protection knowledge • Experience monitoring enterprise network activity • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks • Knowledge of NISPOM, Executive Order 13587, and Presidential Memorandum on insider threat standards • **Active CISSP certification required** **Nice to Have** • Enterprise-wide insider threat program development experience • Advanced threat detection tools and behavioral analytics familiarity • Incident response and digital forensics background • Cross-functional security team experience • Federal or industry-specific security standards knowledge • Executive briefing experience on insider threat matters **Security Clearance** Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph required **Compensation** $94,000 – $187,600 USD (varies by location) **About Accenture Federal Services** A Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work serving the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, and military health organizations.
