We’re 100% remote, built on open source and open standards, and focused on meaningful work in a transparent, autonomy-driven culture. ### The Opportunity The **Finance Systems team** is seeking an experienced **NetSuite Systems Manager** (individual contributor) to own administration, configuration, and support for our **NetSuite ERP** and associated **Finance Business Systems**. You’ll also act as a Finance Systems thought leader—championing best practices across IT/functional support, **IT General Controls (ITGC)**, and process improvement automation. **Reporting to:** Sr Director of Finance Systems **Location:** 100% remote ### What You’ll Be Doing **NetSuite System Administration** - Own day-to-day operations of **NetSuite** and other Finance Business systems, including hands-on user support and troubleshooting. - Administer and support NetSuite with focus on **Financials**, **Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)**, and **Zone billing**. - Perform system configuration, customization, upgrades, and maintenance—ensuring compliance with **change management**, **ITGC**, and **SDLC** processes. - Develop and maintain **workflows**, **custom fields**, and **scripts**. - Manage NetSuite integrations with other business systems. - Oversee user access management, **SOD reviews**, and annual/quarterly review processes to resolve segregation of duties conflicts. - Govern change management and end-to-end maintenance for structures supporting reporting (e.g., **general ledger accounts**, **cost centers**, **products**). Manage ticketing for open cases/change requests to resolution. - Optimize system settings, workflows, and customizations for maximum efficiency. - Ensure data integrity and compliance with **SOX** regulations. - Provide training and support to end-users. **Program Management** - Manage/configure finance transformation projects across the **order-to-cash** cycle (Lead/Opportunity, Contract Management, Quoting/CPQ, Order Management, Revenue Recognition, Billing, Credit, Collections/Disputes, Cash Application). - Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve business processes. - Identify, scope, and prioritize projects; create detailed plans (approach, timelines, milestones, resources) and deliver on time and within budget. - Define data-driven frameworks to measure program success and business value (including benchmarking). - Ensure proper procedures and change controls are followed for production changes and implementations. - Partner with Sales Operations and business application teams on system enhancements. **Dashboard Creation and Reporting** - Use NetSuite native tools and Grafana dashboards to build high-performing Finance dashboards. - Develop reports and visualizations that deliver actionable insights from Finance data. ### What Makes You a Great Fit - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - **6+ years** as a Finance Systems Administrator with **NetSuite** and financial systems tools (e.g., Zip, Avalara, Expensify, etc.). - Hands-on IT support experience troubleshooting functional and technical issues. - Experience with **data migration, mapping, and integration** in NetSuite, including **ARM** (
