## Operational Integration Lead – Clearance Required ### Overview LMI is seeking a **Top Secret cleared Operational Integration Lead** to support the development and deployment of integrated operational information and decision-support capabilities for the **U.S. Army**. This is a **hands-on, customer-facing** role partnering directly with operational personnel to identify mission requirements, improve access to enterprise information, and support the development of applications and workflows using **Palantir technologies**. You’ll help bridge the gap between operational users and engineering teams to ensure technical capabilities address real mission needs. ### Responsibilities - Work directly with **Army operations center** personnel to understand mission processes, information requirements, and operational challenges - Translate operational needs into actionable technical requirements, development priorities, and user workflows - Support development and deployment of operational applications, dashboards, and workflows using **Palantir Foundry, Maven**, and related technologies - Identify opportunities to connect existing enterprise data and capabilities to operational requirements - Collaborate with data and software engineers to develop and refine **ontology-backed applications** and **AI-enabled workflows** - Evaluate existing operational applications and identify opportunities for reuse, integration, or improvement - Support application testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and user adoption - Facilitate working sessions, demonstrations, and iterative feedback with operational stakeholders - Coordinate with technical teams, system owners, and government stakeholders to resolve integration and implementation challenges - Provide technical guidance on practical use of Palantir capabilities in operational environments ### Qualifications **Minimum Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline **or** equivalent military, technical, or professional experience - **8+ years** of experience supporting military operations, operational systems, technical integration, or related activities - Hands-on experience supporting or implementing **Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Maven**, or comparable operational data platforms - Experience translating operational requirements into technical capabilities or workflows - Experience working directly with military operational personnel and technical development teams - Strong understanding of military operational processes and information requirements - Experience supporting deployment, configuration, or integration of mission-critical software capabilities - Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills - **Active Top Secret clearance** **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience supporting **Army command-and-control** or operations center environments - Experience with **Palantir Maven Smart System** and **Army Vantage** - Experience developing operational dashboards, automated workflows, or integrated operational hubs - Familiarity with Army mobilization, readiness, force management, or sustainment processes - Experience with ontology-driven applications and AI-enabled operational tools - Experience leading small technical teams or coordinating multidisciplinary development efforts ### Salary Range **$160,000 – $180,000** *Note: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
