Join a collaborative, caring community where you can grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and training. **The Work** Design, develop, and maintain **Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas** to support business and workforce management processes. Partner with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into **scalable, efficient, and compliant** solutions across the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Configure, customize, and support Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Troubleshoot and resolve complex formula-related issues and system defects - Support integrations, reporting, and analytics requirements related to HCM processes - Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and support materials - Provide guidance on Fast Formula development best practices, performance optimization, and deployment standards - Support testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production support **Here’s What You Need** - Hands-on experience developing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas - Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, customization, and integration capabilities - Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and solutions - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex HCM formula and configuration issues - Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in cross-functional implementation and support teams **Eligibility Requirements** - **U.S. Citizen** **Pay Range (where applicable)** - **$91,700 — $178,700 USD** *Note: Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
