We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.</p> <p>If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p>As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Bionic Enterprise team, you’ll embed with teams across Atoms to improve how the company works using AI and software. You’ll combine engineering, product judgment, and hands-on problem solving to take problems from discovery through deployment and measurable results.</p> <ul> <li>Work directly with business teams to understand their workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and identify where automation can save time, reduce errors, or improve decisions.</li> <li>Turn ambiguous problems into clear priorities. Use data and conversations with users to define the problem, determine what’s worth solving, and establish how you’ll measure success.</li> <li>Build and deploy applications, integrations, and AI-powered workflows. Use AI development tools to move quickly while understanding and taking responsibility for the systems you ship.</li> <li>Own delivery end to end: scope the first useful solution, connect the necessary systems and data, test it, put it into users’ hands, and iterate based on real usage.</li> <li>Drive adoption and measure outcomes. Work alongside users until the solution becomes part of how they work and delivers the intended results.</li> <li>Turn successful solutions into reusable tools and capabilities. Partner with platform and engineering teams to make them reliable, maintainable, and useful across other parts of the business.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience building and delivering software.
