Recently, DOSS raised a **$55M Series B**: https://www.doss.com/news/doss-raises-55m-series-b ## About the Role ### What you’ll do - Iterate quickly with Design and other engineers to deliver super-fast, extremely intuitive experiences in the web browser. - Contribute to the technical roadmap and help prioritize customer-facing features. - Create flexible infrastructure and components that scale in a composable software setting (think tools like Retool, Airtable, Zapier, Figma, Notion). ### What we’re looking for **Experience** - Going from 0 → 1 in ambiguous settings. - Fluent in **TypeScript**, **React**, and modern FE systems (e.g., Vite, React Router). - Familiar with **GraphQL**, **Postgres**, ORMs, and **Node (Express)**. - Comfortable using internal APIs to build complex front-end interfaces and components. - Translating sophisticated **Figma** UI/UX into pixel-perfect browser implementations. **Qualities** - **Team player**: positivity, openness, and curiosity. - **Growth mindset**: always learning and improving yourself, the team, and the company. - **Craftsmanship**: care about building high-quality work. - **Customer first**: deeply care about the customer experience journey and creating a product full of delight. - **Pragmatic**: make the right decision based on circumstance, not theory. - **Low ego**: thrive in collaborative environments where everyone supports the team.
