You’ll work hands-on, independently, and in close collaboration with a cross-functional team. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and configure Pega applications - Customize workflows, UI components, and integrations - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues - Follow Pega guardrails and coding best practices - Collaborate with analysts, QA, and developers in Agile teams ## Here’s What You Need - **2–4+ years** of professional experience - **1+ years** implementing Pega - Experience with **APIs** or **system integrations** - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment - **Must work onsite in downtown Washington, DC 4 days/week** ## Bonus Points If You Have - Pega development experience (case types, rules, integrations, UI) - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum - **Pega CSA or CSSA** certification ## Eligibility Requirements - **U.S. Citizen** ## Clearance Requirement - **Top Secret**
