Recognized as a Top Workplace USA (5x) and Inc. 5000 company (4x). --- ### 📋 What You'll Do Join the newly formed **AI Growth team** to build systems that help customers adopt and realize value from AI across the platform. **Design & Build** - Production-grade backend services for AI usage metering, reporting, billing, and model availability - Data pipelines and event-driven systems at scale - Cloud-native services using **C#, AWS**, and modern architecture patterns **Architecture** - Distributed systems with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, S3 - Event-driven architectures supporting AI usage and product analytics - Scalable patterns for an evolving AI Growth platform **Reliability** - Own operational health of services you build - Monitor, investigate, and resolve production issues - Build with observability and long-term maintainability in mind **Collaboration** - Partner with AI, BI, Finance, Platform Engineering, and Product teams - Translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions - Support teammates through code reviews and pairing --- ### ✅ Requirements - 5+ years professional software engineering experience - Strong backend experience with **C#** or comparable language - Experience with **AWS or Azure** cloud-native patterns - Experience with data pipelines, event-driven systems, or analytics infrastructure - BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience ### ⭐ Bonus Points - Billing, metering, usage tracking, or rate-limiting systems - Snowflake, Kafka, or event-streaming technologies - Product analytics or usage-based data systems --- ### 💰 Compensation & Benefits > **$145,000 – $165,000** - 🏥 90% healthcare premiums covered - 💰 HSA company contribution - 📈 401(k) with 4% match & immediate vesting - 🏖️ Flexible PTO (3–4 weeks/year) - 🎉 10 paid holidays - 📚 LinkedIn Learning with dedicated monthly time - 💪 Monthly wellness contributions - 🚀 Growth & advancement opportunities --- *NetDocuments is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*
