**Epic Non-Clinical Analyst IV** **Job Summary** Supports business solutions within Epic Non-Clinical applications including Scheduling, Registration, Charges, and Health Information Management. Assesses, plans, develops, designs, implements, enhances, maintains, and supports these solutions using a variety of technologies. **Key Responsibilities** • Works on patient access related configuration changes and builds while maintaining industry and client standards • Translates user requirements into functional and technical design specifications • Serves as mentor and subject matter expert to team members • Leads small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements • Provides on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades • Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues • Takes full ownership of projects from inception to delivery • Supports governance, data definitions, policies, and data quality initiatives **Requirements** • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 4+ years IT experience in technical role) • Epic non-clinical certifications in 2+ modules • 4-7 years of implementation experience with large organizations • 4-7 years of change management experience for IT projects • 5+ years of direct healthcare information systems development and implementation experience • Healthcare domain knowledge (patient registration, scheduling, claims, charge review, etc.) • Ability to lead multiple projects from inception to delivery • Experience in complex healthcare settings (Pediatric, tertiary, or quaternary systems) preferred
