We integrate across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy, operate, learn from, and improve systems until they work at scale. **What you’ll do** - Work on the Machine Learning and AI Infrastructure team, focused on providing infrastructure for data scientists and other engineers to use ML/AI effectively. - Build and maintain software and tools for the classical ML stack, supporting the full training lifecycle: data collection, data preparation, training, deployment, and model serving. - Build and maintain software and tools to enable efficient and effective use of GenAI (LLM) technologies. - Conduct background research on the latest ML innovations and bring insights back to the team. **What we’re looking for** - 3+ years of experience as a software engineer; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to drive results. - Background in data infrastructure, platform infrastructure, or ML infrastructure (preferred). - Enthusiasm for learning new codebases and making safe, efficient changes in large, complex systems. - Proficiency in Python and Java; comfortable working across multiple languages and building scalable, high-performance systems. - Familiarity with Azure and GCP, plus deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience in real estate, food technology, or related industries is a bonus (not required), with a passion for solving complex problems in these sectors. **Why join us** Bring automation into the physical world with real, lasting impact.
