**Cloud Platform - ML Infrastructure Engineer** **About Lab37 Robotics** Lab37 Robotics is a technology company focused on developing and deploying robots for direct-to-customer food production, revolutionizing the food industry through innovative robotic solutions. **What You'll Do** Own the cloud platform infrastructure layer powering Lab37's robotics fleet. Build cloud infrastructure, ML, ETL, and CI/CD pipelines that transform raw robot telemetry into actionable analytics. Manage data discovery, data lineage, and contribute to model training pipelines while ensuring observability and reliability across the entire data stack. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and maintain scalable ML infrastructure for storage, pipeline management, and environment setup • Implement automated model checkpointing, metadata management, and experiment tracking • Create self-service ML workflows empowering data scientists and ML engineers • Build and maintain ETL and data ingestion pipelines for robot telemetry • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD automation • Partner with cloud and embedded engineers on model deployment to robot fleets • Monitor model drift, system throughput, and optimize cloud compute costs **What We're Looking For** • 3+ years in cloud infrastructure, MLOps, and data engineering at scale • Hands-on experience with model checkpointing, registries, and metadata management (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.) • Strong experience with ML/cloud orchestration tools (SageMaker, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Bedrock) • Proven track record building self-service ML platforms and automated workflows • Experience collaborating with embedded engineers **Why Join Us** • Fast-growing market: Online food delivery expanding from $10B to $100B+ in the US • Impact the restaurant industry and help businesses succeed • Collaborative environment with experienced mentorship and cross-team support **Location & Details** Pittsburgh office, onsite 5 days/week **Salary:** $140,000 - $174,500/year (plus equity and performance bonus) **Benefits Include** Medical/dental/vision, life/disability insurance, 401(k), HSA, flexible spending accounts, discretionary vacation, 8 paid holidays, paid sick/bereavement/parental leave, pet insurance discount
