We modernize data operations with advanced workflows, CI/CD, and secure DevSecOps practices—helping transform data into actionable intelligence. --- ### Position Summary We’re seeking an experienced and creative **Technical Program Manager** to join our dynamic program team. You’ll serve as the bridge between **stakeholders**, **SOCOM development and program teams**, and **end users** to ensure delivery of high-quality products and projects that meet both business and customer needs. **Overall Goal:** Build, expand, and sustain a resilient distributed command and control architecture leveraged across the cloud platform, gateway routing, cross-domain mechanisms, and USSOCOM programs of record. --- ### Key Responsibilities - **Own the Program Vision**: Define and articulate long-term vision, goals/deliverables, and an outcome-driven integrated roadmap. Establish program strategy and backlog (including sensor integration, resilient gateway routing, tactical data management, and DevSecOps/cybersecurity/cloud support). - **Facilitate and Communicate**: Drive the narrative in verbal and written communication; tailor messaging for senior executives and commanders; communicate roadmap and backlog to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery. - **Decision Making and Problem Solving**: Make timely, informed decisions on features, scope, and priorities; identify pain points and proactively drive resolutions. - **Work Prioritization**: Lead and influence cross-functional execution; maintain and prioritize the program backlog based on mission value and program vision. - **User Story Creation**: Document operational requirements and experiences; write user stories with acceptance criteria; champion user-centered design; manage requirements traceability. - **Strategic Stakeholder Communication**: Bridge stakeholders and development teams; incorporate needs into the backlog; communicate complex ideas and influence decisions at senior levels. **Other Important Areas of Responsibility:** - Release/Deployment Planning - Acceptance Testing - Feedback Handling - Risk Management - Team Resource Management - Lean Project Management - Team Collaboration - Quality Management --- ### Minimum Experience Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) - **At least 10 years** of relevant experience in Program/Product Management - Strong understanding of **Agile** development methodologies - Strong understanding of **Lean Project Management** principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience leading projects/programs from idea to **market/IOC to FOC** - Experience with user-centered design, concept/usability testing, and other research methods - Experience in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation - Experience working in a balanced team to **build, measure, and learn** - Experience in a rapid, iterative development environment - Ability to balance customer and user feedback to create desirable solutions - **U.S. Citizenship**: Must be eligible to hold a **Common Access Card (CAC)**; **Secret** security clearance required --- ### Preferred - Knowledge of **U.S. Air Force** emerging technologies - Experience providing input on program decisions through user res
