You will bring deep expertise across **Linux**, **version control administration**, and the strategic deployment of **virtual machines** and **container orchestration**. You’ll evaluate project requirements to select the right tools (compiled vs. scripted languages), break down complex features into actionable tasks, and engineer synchronization workflows for **disconnected environments**. Beyond technical skills, you’ll be a collaborative force multiplier committed to mission success—partnering with **vulnerability researchers** and **reverse engineers** to take prototypes and refine them into robust, rigorously tested tools with a reliable release cycle. You’ll also communicate clearly with a customer-centric mindset, making complex software practices accessible to non-technical peers. --- ### Role Expectations - Typically has a **University Degree (BA/BS)** or equivalent experience and **minimum 7 years** of prior relevant experience. - Works to achieve operational objectives with major impact on the job area and/or departmental results. - Responsible for improving processes, systems, or work methods to enhance performance.
