**Director of Finance Systems (Remote)** **About the Role** Own the technology behind Rula's accounting and financial reporting. Shape how a fast-growing mental health company runs its finances—going beyond ERP administration into AI, automation, and controls that enable confident scaling. **Key Responsibilities** • Oversee core finance systems: NetSuite, Ramp, Zip, FloQast, and revenue reporting tools • Lead finance system implementations, launches, and updates • Partner with Engineering to integrate Finance needs from the start • Define AI strategy: building agents, deployment, NetSuite integration, and audit safeguards • Build and maintain ITGC and financial systems controls • Work cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Financial Operations, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Analytics • Report to the Controller **Required Qualifications** • 10+ years in finance systems, accounting systems, or ERP administration • Hands-on NetSuite ownership in a growing company • Led at least one finance system implementation through cutover and support • Designed/implemented/maintained IT general controls for financial reporting systems • Owned chart of accounts; built reports/searches in NetSuite or comparable ERP • Track record partnering with Accounting, Procurement, and Engineering teams • Can explain technical systems and tradeoffs clearly to non-technical colleagues **Preferred Qualifications** • Built/deployed AI agents or automated workflows in finance/accounting • Experience with procurement platforms (Zip, Coupa, Ramp) • Healthcare billing or revenue cycle systems experience • SQL, SuiteQL, or planning/reporting tools (Pigment, Hex) • NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, CPA, or CISA certification • High-growth startup or digital health background **Benefits** 100% remote • Competitive pay with transparency • Medical, dental, vision, life, disability • 401(k) • Generous PTO + 2 company shutdown weeks • Paid parental leave • EAP • Home office stipend • $50/month wellness stipend • Employee resource groups
