We operate globally with offices in the US, APAC, and India, and we’re recognized for a people-centric culture. **About the Role** YipitData is seeking a **Lead Web Designer & Developer** to own the design and development of our public-facing websites. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fluidly from **UX and visual design** to **responsive implementation in Webflow**. You’ll establish the systems, templates, and technical foundations that allow teams to publish high-quality content quickly and consistently—without relying on engineering for routine website work. You’ll also help evolve the website into a scalable growth platform that strengthens our brand and creates clear, intuitive experiences. **Working Hours / Location** - Fully remote role with a standard schedule of approximately **9am–5pm** - Flexibility needed to occasionally accommodate meetings across **East and West Coast time zones** - Can sit in **NYC** (HQ), one of our office hubs, or anywhere else in the US (income may be subject to **NY State tax withholding** depending on where remote work is performed) --- ## As Our Lead Web Designer & Developer, You Will - Own the **end-to-end design and development** of YipitData’s public-facing websites (concepts → user flows → launch → iteration) - Translate business objectives, brand strategy, content requirements, and growth opportunities into **information architecture** and compelling web experiences - Design and build **responsive, accessible, production-ready** pages, templates, components, and interactions in **Webflow** - Create and maintain a **scalable website design system** to improve consistency, quality, and speed - Serve as the **technical owner** of the Webflow environment (CMS architecture, reusable components, custom code, integrations, permissions, documentation, publishing workflows) - Partner with Demand Generation/Marketing on **SEO/AEO, conversion optimization, experimentation, analytics, lead flows, and campaign launches** - Collaborate with Brand/Communications to ensure experiences reflect YipitData’s visual identity, narrative, voice, and editorial standards - Work with business and product teams to turn complex offerings (including data, research, and AI-powered products) into intuitive digital experiences - Establish website quality standards and conduct ongoing reviews for **usability, accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility** - Manage website projects and priorities across stakeholders, communicating tradeoffs and keeping work moving in a fast-paced environment - Build self-service templates, guidance, and governance so non-technical teams can publish and update content safely - Collaborate with external agencies when needed while steadily increasing in-house capabilities --- ## You’re Likely to Succeed If - You have **5+ years** designing and building high-quality marketing or corporate websites (portfolio shows both UX/visual design and hands-on implementation) - You’re highly proficient in **Webflow** (CMS architecture, reusable components, responsive layouts, interactions, and custom code when needed) - You have strong fron
