In just 2 years, DualEntry has raised $100M+ (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies. ### Where you’ll create impact - **Build & own named customer projects end-to-end**: discovery, design, build, deploy, and verify - **Build migration and integration pipelines on Temporal** that are idempotent, resumable, and auditable - **Model and load customer accounting data into Postgres** correctly, including reconciling against existing systems - **Build internal tooling** so recurring one-offs stop being one-offs - **Feed patterns back into the core product**, productize or hand off anything that becomes permanent - **Compress the path from “customer requested” to “shipped”** ### What sets you up for success - **Hardcore work ethic and high agency** - **5+ years shipping production full-stack software**, end-to-end and unsupervised - **Django and DRF**, plus **Postgres beyond ORM defaults** (you read query plans and have run migrations against live customer data) - **Next.js and React with TypeScript** - **Durable workflow experience** (Celery preferred) - **Direct customer exposure** (you’ve scoped problems with customers and shipped against them) - **Experience with third-party APIs, webhooks, rate limits, and reconciling two systems that disagree** ### Nice to have - Accounting/ERP/fintech domain knowledge (double-entry, chart of accounts, close, AP/AR, revenue recognition) - Prior forward-deployed, applied, or special projects experience - Judgment about when to ship a script vs. build a system ### Why you’ll thrive here - Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world - Join early and grow with DualEntry - Your feedback shapes the product directly - High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations ### Compensation & benefits - **Equity:** $60,000–$80,000 - **Base salary:** $160,000–$270,000 - Medical, dental & vision insurance - One Medical membership - Mental health support (Talkspace) - Fertility & family-building support (Kindbody) - Virtual healthcare (Teladoc Health) - 401(k) benefits - Commuter benefits - Learning & development budget (courses, certifications, language learning) - Unlimited AI tokens - AI skills development & enablement - Visa & permanent residence sponsorship - Flexible PTO (27 days, including public holidays) - Collaborative, in-office culture with no bureaucracy - Snacks, drinks, team events & more > “Join us to fix the boring, think the hard, and build the impossible, so we become the most robust engineering platform for accounting the world has ever seen.” *Team highlights (LinkedIn):* Ignacio Brasca, Marcin Kuzdowi(c)z, Puhiza Doci, Danylo (links available in original posting).
