This role designs, develops, maintains, and supports data and reporting solutions that meet business and clinical needs. You will: - Enhance existing data solutions - Support analytical and database systems that store, manage, and distribute organizational data - Collaborate with senior Data Developers and leadership - Independently manage routine assignments and contribute to cross-functional initiatives - Lead smaller projects and deliver accurate, reliable data solutions that enable informed decision-making ## Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Meet with customers/clients to gather requirements for data extracts, custom reporting, or Epic dashboards - Build, create, modify, and troubleshoot reports in **SQL**, **Epic**, **Crystal**, or **Epic Radar** dashboards - Investigate and resolve client help tickets related to report accuracy and data output ## Qualifications ### Education - High School Diploma, GED, or completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) - **Bachelor’s Degree** in a Technology, Clinical, or Business-related field **required** - Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s requirement and experience requirement ### Experience - **2 years** of experience implementing and supporting data/information systems **required** - Healthcare experience is a plus ### Skills - Strong programming experience in **SQL** - Experience with **Crystal Reports** - Experience with **Tableau** - Experience with **Webi** licenses ### Certifications - **EPIC** — Epic Certification in **Data Model/Reporting** required within **2 years** of hire or transfer into position ## Disclaimers - Pay ranges listed are estimates and subject to change. - If bonuses are noted, they apply only to external hires meeting criteria.
