JFrog is seeking a **Cloud & Platform Engineering Manager** to lead a critical part of our global **Cloud & Platform** organization. You’ll oversee the infrastructure and platforms that power our **SaaS offering**, supporting thousands of organizations across diverse industries and geographies on **AWS, GCP, and Azure**. --- ### What you’ll do - Lead the team across the **SaaS infrastructure lifecycle**: cloud & Kubernetes platform, networking & web infrastructure, data, GitOps & automation, reliability, security & compliance, and cost efficiency. - Build and scale a platform to deploy all JFrog services in **highly available Kubernetes** environments across **AWS, GCP, and Azure**. - Lead cross-organizational projects such as **Disaster Recovery** and **AI Agents Infrastructure**. - Collaborate with teams including **Security, FinOps, Production Support, Product, and Software Architects**. - Drive **AI adoption** by designing and deploying **AI agents** that automate operational work. - Build and operate the infrastructure that runs AI agents and tooling (e.g., **MCP servers, gateways, access & guardrails**) safely at scale. - Partner with product development teams to ensure quality, **monitoring, security, and high availability** of microservices. - Participate in product discussions, influence the roadmap, and take ownership of new projects. --- ### What you need - **5–7+ years** as a hands-on technical leader in cloud and platform engineering in a large-scale SaaS environment. - **3–5+ years** managing engineers (including hiring and growing a team). - Proven experience with **IaC** tools such as **Terraform** or **Crossplane**. - Broad knowledge managing **Kubernetes** services and infrastructure. - Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and data platforms across **AWS, GCP, and Azure** (EKS/AKS/GKE, managed databases, DNS, storage) plus security hardening. - Builder mindset: designing and shipping platforms, tooling, and automation; using AI tools/agents to build faster. - Ability to foster ownership and accountability. - **Advantages:** monitoring/observability experience; Disaster Recovery experience for production systems. --- ### Compensation & benefits - Base salary range: **$180,000–$200,000** (based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location) - **Equity** via RSUs, plus eligibility for the **Employee Stock Purchase Plan** - Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and more - May be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments JFrog is an **Equal Employment Opportunity Employer**.
