You’ll build technology that helps fintech partners originate, fund, service, and sell consumer and commercial loans across a compliant, end-to-end lifecycle. You’ll be a technical leader who balances hands-on engineering expertise with people management—driving reliable platforms and scalable solutions across complex domains. **Responsibilities** - Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team while supporting recruiting, hiring, and career development - Partner with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders to set priorities and deliver high-impact features - Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security - Own delivery from design to deployment and champion strong engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, code review) - Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement through monitoring, incident response, post-mortems, and data-driven decisions **Qualifications** **Required** - 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles - Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, C#, or similar), with experience in SQL/NoSQL databases and caching - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and event-driven systems - Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing engineering teams - Experience delivering complex, distributed systems in production environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels **Preferred** - Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries (ideally Banking-as-a-Service or financial ...)
