## Manager Partner Engineer ### Company Checkout.com powers the payments behind many of the digital experiences people use every day. They enable **10B+ transactions yearly** for **1B+ global shoppers**, helping ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences at scale. ### What you’ll do - Act as the **technical owner** throughout the **partner integration lifecycle** (technical discovery, partner selection, SOW process for System Integrators, and technical project management). - Serve as the **interface between partnerships** and **product/engineering teams** (internally and externally). - Provide **platform subject matter expertise** for merchants; support merchant RFPs and technical questions; act as the **escalation point** for routing issues to partner technical contacts. - Contribute to **partnership and product** teams on technology trends, integration gaps, future features, and platform roadmaps. - Be a **technical evangelist** for platform partners (internally and externally). - Build integrations into tech stacks, including **APIs**. - Run **debugging** and **UAT testing**, and review code. ### Qualifications - **8+ years** experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or similar (payments experience is a bonus). - Knowledge/experience with **eCommerce platforms**, **subscription management platforms**, and **ERPs**. - Strong experience with **API-based integration** methods. - Development experience in frontend/backend web technologies (e.g., **JavaScript, PHP, C#**, or others). - **DevOps** experience from a technical/customer solutions perspective. - Strong communicator who can explain both high-level takeaways and deep technical details. - Confident working closely with **product and engineering** teams. - Highly organized; able to prioritize shifting workloads. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment. - **Fluent English**. ### Additional Information - Hybrid working model: **3 days/week in the office**. - For more details, visit: https://www.checkout.com/careers
