You’ll contribute to **production-ready initiatives** that address real team needs, gaining hands-on experience and working on **high-visibility, meaningful projects**. - **Duration:** 12 weeks - **Dates:** **June 1 – August 20, 2027** - **Location:** **San Francisco office** - **Eligibility:** Designed for candidates graduating **between December 2027 and July 2028** ## What You’ll Bring - You’ll graduate by **summer 2028** with a degree in **Computer Science** or a related technical field - Experience from previous **software engineering internships** - You write **amazing code**—fast - Experience using **AI coding agents** as part of development - Excited to thrive in a **fast-paced environment**, continuously learn, and sharpen your skills ### Even Better - Prior experience working with **multi-modal models** - Experience with **distributed systems**, **data pipelines**, or **production infrastructure** - **0→1 product-building** experience ## Teams Hiring (Summer 2027) ### Agent Engineering Build mission-critical AI agents that impact millions of users and drive Decagon’s growth. Collaborate directly with customers and devise long-term, scalable solutions. ### Agent Orchestration Build the runtime and model orchestration layer powering Decagon’s agents in production—turning workflows, tools, and guardrails into a reliable, low-latency, delightful experience. ### Enterprise Product Create the platform customers use to build, maintain, and improve their AI agents—transforming complex engineering into intuitive self-serve products for technical and non-technical teams. ### Infrastructure Build and operate the foundations powering Decagon: networking, data, ML serving, developer platform, and real-time voice.
