**Systems Administrator 2 - Linux/CI/CD/Ansible/Terraform/DevOps** ## Overview Captivation has built a reputation on providing customers exactly what is needed in a timely manner. We’re looking for a mid-level Systems Administrator with strong Linux experience to support our mission. ## Responsibilities - Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes - Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability and performance - Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and resolve environment-related issues - Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) - Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus tools, and access controls - Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures - Stay current with DevOps trends ## Requirements ### Security Clearance - Must currently hold a **Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance** with a **favorable Polygraph** (all candidates must be **U.S. citizens**) ### Minimum Qualifications - **10 years** experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity - **Bachelor’s degree** in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university - **5 years additional SA experience** may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree *Note: This position is open for direct hires only. We will not consider candidates from third-party staffing/recruiting firms.* ## Benefits - Annual Salary: **$130,000 - $270,000** (depends on years of experience) - Up to **20% 401k contribution** (no matching required; vested from day 1) - **Above market hourly rates** - **$3,600 HSA contribution** - **6 weeks paid time off** - Company-paid benefits: **Medical/Dental/Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, AD&D**
