Captivation is seeking software developers who can get things done while supporting the mission to protect our country. --- ## Description Captivation Software has an immediate need for a **Front-End Developer** to support **Reporting Tool Suite Sustainment** efforts. You will support development and sustainment of a project tool that: - Trains, administers, and archives requests for **mission-critical published intelligence reports** used by the Intelligence Community and partners worldwide. - Enhances **Section 508 accessibility** of the current interface. - Helps redevelop a **new frontend** to incorporate Section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface. The main project is a **high-performance geospatial collaboration tool** providing a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. --- ## Requirements ### Security Clearance - Must currently hold a **Top Secret/SCI** U.S. Government security clearance with a **favorable Polygraph** (all candidates must be **U.S. citizens**). ### Minimum Qualifications - **Bachelor’s degree** from an accredited college or university. - **3+ years** of software development/engineering experience, including requirements analysis, development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis/resolution. - **Master’s degree** may substitute for **2 years** of experience. ### Required Skills - **Java 8+** - Understanding/maintaining/troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applications - **GWT** - **PrimeFaces** - **Quarkus** - Advanced understanding of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** ### Desired Skills - Proficiency with **screen readers** - **5508 / WAI-ARIA** knowledge - **Oracle** - **Amazon Web Services (AWS)** - Agency reporting and dissemination tools - Agency classification policies - Working in an **agile** environment using **JIRA** and **Confluence** > *This position is open for direct hires only.
