You’ll partner closely with teams across **Finance, Accounting, People, Legal, and Sales** to build and deliver AI-enabled systems and solutions at fast velocity. ### About the Role Decagon is hiring a **Business Systems Manager** to own the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of our **ERP**, and to drive ownership across our broader systems landscape (including **Ramp, Navan, TeamOhana, Aleph**, and more). This is a hands-on role focused on driving the full **SDLC** across business systems—partnering with stakeholders, iterating in ambiguous environments, and improving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. ### Responsibilities - **Own and scale** the company’s business systems ecosystem (ERP, Ramp, Navan, TeamOhana, Aleph, Variabl, and other critical platforms) - Oversee **systems strategy, architecture, configuration, integrations, access governance, data integrity, optimization, and administration** - Design and maintain **end-to-end processes** across the full financial and operational lifecycle, closing gaps between upstream tools and the ERP via disciplined integration design - Identify **operational bottlenecks** across Finance, Accounting, People, and Legal; deploy **automated or AI-powered solutions** to reduce manual work and errors - Lead rollouts of **new tools, features, and system upgrades** (training, UAT, and protecting business continuity) - Partner cross-functionally to translate requirements into scalable solutions and communicate impact (time saved, cost reduced, errors eliminated) ### What You Bring - **6+ years** of hands-on experience administering business systems (ERP, HRIS, spend, travel platforms) - Hands-on experience with **AI-native tools** to automate real workflows (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Cursor) - Deep expertise in **end-to-end finance/accounting workflows** (AP, AR, GL, month-end close, consolidations) - Ability to navigate **build vs. buy** decisions and know when middleware/off-the-shelf tools beat custom builds - Strong cross-functional collaboration to align system architecture with business priorities - Proven ability to independently drive complex projects under ambiguity ### Bonus (Nice to Have) - Led AI transformation initiatives in **G&A/back-office** functions - Product mindset: build automations people **adopt and love** ### Compensation & Benefits - **$180K–$220K + Equity** - Medical, Dental, Vision - Life Insurance and Disability - Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K/pension) - Parental Leave - Fertility and family building benefits (Carrot) - Monthly wellness/lifestyle stipend - Daily lunches and snacks in the office - Flexible vacation policy (UK employees receive **25 days** statutory leave) *Benefits may vary by location and can change according to applicable plans.*
