Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country. --- ## Description Captivation Software is looking for a **senior level software engineer** who will assist with daily responsibilities. --- ## Requirements ### Security Clearance - Must currently hold a **Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance** with a **favorable Polygraph**; therefore all candidates must be **U.S. citizens**. ### Minimum Qualifications - **15 years** of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity - **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college/university - **4 additional years** of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree ### Required Skills - General **Python scripting** and **large Python systems** design/development - **C/C++** systems design/development - Scripting languages: **Bash, awk, sed, PowerShell** - **RF signals** familiarity ### Desired Skills - **STM32 microcontroller** software development experience - Familiarity with **STM32CubeMX, STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeProgrammer, STM32CubeMonitor** - Work with **Raspberry Pi 4** and **5 series** products - Hardware solutions: **breadboarding**, debug, and related tools (e.g., multimeter) - Familiarity with silicon digital logic devices (e.g., **demux, mux, gating**) - RF signals analysis tools and test tools (e.g., **FieldFox, spectrum analyzer**) - **Customer AI web services** (both networks) > **Note:** This position is open for **direct hires only**.
