**Senior Information Systems Security Officer** **Overview** Captivation is seeking a senior-level Information Systems Security Officer to support daily program responsibilities and help protect the mission. **Responsibilities** - Provide support to the program, organization, system, or enclave’s information assurance program. - Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies. - Maintain the operational security posture to ensure security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed. - Assist with security aspects of the information system and perform day-to-day security operations. - Evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet requirements for processing classified information. - Perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation. - Provide configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware. - Manage system changes and assess the security impact of those changes. - Prepare and review documentation including System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs). - Assist security authorization activities in compliance with NISCAP and DoD RMF. **Requirements** - **Security Clearance:** Must currently hold a **Top Secret/SCI** U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph (U.S. citizenship required). - **Minimum Qualifications:** - B.S. in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security, or related discipline **plus 12+ years** related experience; or, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a Technical Bachelor’s Degree with an additional **4 years** of experience considered. - **7+ years** experience as an ISSO supporting IC or DoD programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. - **DoD 8570** compliance with **IAM Level II** or **IAT Level III** (e.g., CASP, CISSP, or Associate). **Note** - This position is open for **direct hires only**. Candidates from third-party staffing/recruiting firms will not be considered. **Benefits** - Annual Salary: **$130,000 – $270,000** (depends on years of experience) - Up to **20% 401(k)** contribution (no matching required; vested from day 1) - Above market hourly rates - **$3,600 HSA** contribution - **6 weeks** paid time off - Company-paid medical/dental/vision, life insurance, short-term & long-term disability, and AD&D
