**Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Java/Linux/Ansible/Git/Python)** **About the role** Captivation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior DevOps Engineer** to join a fast-paced development team. You’ll work with **Linux systems administration**, **Big Data solutions**, **configuration management**, **automation**, **scripting**, and **AWS**. The role focuses on implementing infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of services. **Location / Schedule** Work is performed on customer site at **Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD**, **5 days a week**. **Responsibilities** - Support development and deployment of infrastructure in **AWS** - Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability of services - Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on **AWS** - Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into the infrastructure - Monitor and troubleshoot production systems; resolve issues as necessary - Continuously improve processes and tools to ensure high availability and performance - Stay current with new technologies and industry trends If you have a passion for DevOps and want to work with a dynamic, innovative team, we encourage you to apply.
