## ServiceNow Sr. Developer (CSM) ### Overview At Accenture Federal Services, you’ll help the US federal government make the nation stronger and safer—driving positive, lasting change across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. ### Job Description Leads ServiceNow development activities, architecting complex technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, SecOps, and custom applications. Provides technical leadership on platform architecture, integration design, and advanced development patterns while mentoring development teams and establishing coding standards. Ensures solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, federal security requirements, and organizational objectives within Agile delivery models. ### Key Responsibilities - Architect complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, advanced workflows, and enterprise integrations - Develop advanced server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Fix Scripts) - Implement sophisticated client-side development (Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Angular components) - Design and develop ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and custom protocols - Build Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and custom actions to automate complex business processes - Customize Service Portal (widgets, themes, responsive designs) - Develop Performance Analytics solutions (indicators, breakdowns, automated data collection) - Implement advanced CMDB configurations (identification rules, reconciliation policies) - Mentor mid-level and junior developers on ServiceNow architecture, development patterns, and best practices - Conduct code reviews for quality, performance, security, and adherence to coding standards - Design data models, table structures, and relationships supporting application requirements - Implement ServiceNow security controls (ACLs, roles, data access policies) - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions ### Here’s What You Need - 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience with proven expertise in complex platform customization and integration - Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ### Bonus Points If You Have - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules - Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Federal government experience ### Security Requirements - Active TS/SCI required; must be willing to obtain polygraph - *Candidates must be onsite for 3 days a week* ### Pay Range (where applicable) $116,900 — $243,100 USD
