About this role
**The Work** - Operate and maintain AFS Enterprise Applications with high availability and performance in a secured manner. - Provide predictable quality service in a timely fashion. - Perform application deployment and upgrade/patching (planning, design, build, and test). - Provide user support, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues independently or with internal/external teams. - Provide evidence to support auditing activities. - Update/create processes and procedures to improve quality, efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance security. - Patch Windows operating systems. **What you need** - Minimum of 2 years of IT experience. - Minimum of 1 year of recent, demonstrable System Administrator experience for an on-premise application. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio) and strong technical writing skills. - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. - Ability to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations. - Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. - US Citizen. **Bonus if you have** - PowerShell experience (highly preferred). - Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM (preferred). - Knowledge of cloud computing (preferred). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. - Ability to learn new skills and research issues independently. - Ability to work in a team of highly skilled technical resources. - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide sound solutions. - Ability to build strong professional relationships. **Pay Range (where applicable)** - $70,000 — $80,000 USD **Additional Notes** - #LI-DNI - Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable compensation ranges by location and offers a variety of benefits. - Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis (no fixed deadline). *Equal Employment Opportunity and accommodation statements apply.*
