**Everpure — Senior Services Solutions Architect (AI, Advanced Services)** ## Overview Everpure is seeking a **Senior Services Solution Architect** to lead the development of **Advanced Services capabilities** across **AI data platforms** and **production AI**. You’ll help customers turn enterprise data and AI use cases into **validated, production-ready solutions**. This is a senior, innovation-focused Professional Services role focused on **real customer problems**—not generic AI app development or infrastructure-only work. You’ll identify opportunities, shape technical approaches, validate them through customer engagements and pilots, and mature successful concepts into **scalable, repeatable services**. ## What you’ll do - **Shape AI Services Strategy:** Define Advanced Services strategy and capabilities for AI by identifying customer needs, emerging use cases, and technology trends. - **Validate AI Requirements:** Translate AI use cases into data, platform, and service requirements to move from concept to production. - **Architect AI Data Solutions:** Design end-to-end architectures across enterprise data, preparation/transformation, retrieval, embeddings, vectorization, knowledge architectures, model integration, and AI consumption. - **Drive DataStream Services:** Develop discovery methodologies, corpus assessment, deployment patterns, reference architectures, sizing, retrieval optimization, and production-readiness approaches for DataStream and related AI data pipelines. - **Lead Pilot-Led Innovation:** Use an FDE-style model with customers through discovery, prototype, MVP, and pilot phases—iterating quickly and turning wins into scalable delivery capability. - **Productionize AI Solutions:** Help customers move from experimentation to production, covering model/retrieval quality, performance, observability, governance, resiliency, operational readiness, and lifecycle requirements. - **Bridge Pre-Sales and Delivery:** Partner with AI pre-sales teams, Product Engineering, partners, and delivery organizations to transition opportunities into executable engagements. - **Influence Product and Services Direction:** Capture learnings from deployments and feed them back into Product Engineering and the broader organization. - **Accelerate Services Growth:** Translate complex requirements into credible architectures, pilots, and repeatable engagement models. ## What you bring - **AI Expertise:** Experience designing, prototyping, and deploying enterprise **AI/ML or GenAI** solutions beyond proof-of-concept. - **AI & Data Architecture:** Strong background in data preparation, ingestion, transformation, retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vectorization, and modern enterprise data architectures. - **GenAI & Retrieval Expertise:** Practical experience with **RAG**, knowledge graphs, vector databases, chunking strategies, retrieval optimization, model integration, and evaluation. - **Model & Retrieval Understanding:** Strong understanding of how model selection, inference, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation impact enterprise AI data platform design (not required to be a model developer/data scientist). - **Production AI Experience:** Familiarity with **MLOps/LLMOps**, observability, deployment automation, lifecycle management, performance tuning, reliability, and operationalization. - **Modern AI Platform Awareness:** Understanding of cloud, Kubernetes, GPU-enabled architectures, storage, and networking (deep infrastructure engineering
