**Technical Delivery Manager – Data Integration & Migration Solutions** Attain Partners is seeking an experienced **Technical Delivery Manager** to lead the technical delivery of **enterprise data integration and migration** initiatives for clients—especially within **Higher Education, Nonprofit, and Salesforce** ecosystems. This is a **hands-on technical leadership** role. You will manage **end-to-end technical delivery**, including: - Solution architecture and technical discovery - Data mapping and integration/migration design - Development oversight - Testing, deployment, and production readiness - Troubleshooting complex integration and migration challenges You’ll serve as the primary technical delivery lead, partnering with solution architects, developers, data migration specialists, project managers, and client stakeholders. You must be able to understand complex solutions, make architectural decisions, remove delivery obstacles, and ensure projects are delivered **on time, within scope, and within budget**. > **Critical Hiring Requirement:** This is **not** a traditional project manager position. Candidates must have a strong technical background in enterprise integrations and data migrations, including the ability to lead architecture discussions, challenge designs, troubleshoot delivery issues, and hold engineering teams accountable for successful implementation. **Required Skills** - Lead technical delivery of enterprise **data integration** and **data migration** projects - Manage technical teams (integration architects, developers, data engineers, migration specialists, QA) - Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as **MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica**, or similar iPaaS - Strong understanding of **API-led connectivity**, **REST/SOAP**, batch processing, event-driven integrations, and integration architecture - Experience leading **data migrations into Salesforce** (analysis, mapping, transformation, cleansing coordination, loading, reconciliation, validation) - Strong understanding of **Salesforce data architecture** (standard/custom objects, relationships, APIs, integration patterns) - Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions - Manage delivery schedules, resources, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution - Knowledge of **SIT/UAT**, migration mock loads, cutover planning, and production deployment - Troubleshoot complex integration/migration issues and provide technical direction - Manage client expectations, communicate technical status, and escalate risks - Support project financial management (resource utilization, budgets, estimated hours, profitability) - Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership - Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and distributed teams **Desired Skills** - Higher Education consulting experience (Advancement, SIS, CRM modernization, enterprise data initiatives) - Experience with **Salesforce Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud**, and Advancement-focused CRM implementations - Familiarity with Higher Education systems (e.g., PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Ellucian Banner, Workday, Slate, Anthology, Advance) - Hands-on experience with **MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica IDMC, Azure Data Factory** - Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce CRM migrations (complex data models, historical data, multiple sources) - Experience with relational databas
