## Associate Site Reliability Engineer ### About Binance.US Binance.US is a licensed and regulated U.S. cryptocurrency exchange where users can buy, trade, hold, and earn digital assets. The team supports Binance.US through BAM Management US Holdings Inc. or BAM Management Canada Holdings Inc. ### About This Role As an **Associate Site Reliability Engineer**, you’ll support the reliability, scalability, and observability of our systems. You’ll help design and maintain monitoring solutions and partner with development and operations teams to ensure strong system performance and uptime. ### Core Responsibilities - Assist in developing and maintaining observability strategies for **logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent instrumentation across services - Support adoption of observability best practices and tools (e.g., **Prometheus, Grafana, ELK**) - Monitor production systems and help diagnose performance bottlenecks - Participate in production support, including **incident response** and **on-call rotation** using **PagerDuty** - Implement **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** using **Terraform** - Contribute to automation and tooling to reduce manual operational work - Support post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives ### Preferred Skills / Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) - **1–3 years** of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields - Proficiency in programming/scripting (e.g., **Go, Python, Bash**) - Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., **Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry**) - Hands-on experience with **AWS** and containerization (**Docker, Kubernetes**) - Understanding of **CI/CD pipelines** and automation frameworks - Strong **Linux/Unix** systems and networking fundamentals - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills ### Salary - **USD $125,000 – $145,000** per year (U.S. remote locations) - Base pay varies based on factors such as skills, experience, business needs, and market demands (range subject to change) ### Our Mission & Values - **Mission:** Create a more inclusive financial system through Web3 technologies - **Values:** Act with Integrity, Be Collaborative, Customers First, Do the Work, Embrace Change ### Benefits - **Unlimited PTO** (for salaried FTE roles) - Mental wellness benefits, including free 1:1 virtual visits with a licensed mental wellness professional - Comprehensive competitive health benefits - **Remote-first culture** (fully remote; work-from-home equipment reimbursements available) - Annual professional development budget; free 1:1 virtual visits with a career coach - **401k plan with employer match** *BAM Management US Holdings Inc. and BAM Management Canada Holdings Inc. are Equal Opportunity Employers and comply with applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practice laws.*
