We call ourselves **BANDmates** because building something this big takes collaboration, different perspectives, and the freedom to bring your authentic self to the table. **What We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a **Sr. NetSuite Developer** to serve as the principal architect and technical authority for NetSuite and the integrations, automations, and AI solutions that interact with NetSuite. In this senior technical role, you’ll define the technical vision for NetSuite and its surrounding application landscape, establish architecture and engineering standards, pioneer transformative AI solutions, create governance frameworks aligned with financial controls, and advise leadership. **What You’ll Do** - **Define NetSuite technical vision:** Set strategic direction for NetSuite customization, integration, automation, and AI using SuiteScript, Python, no/low-code solutions, and LLMs. - **Create cross-platform architecture:** Design scalable architectures for business processes that start/end in NetSuite and connect to surrounding systems (e.g., Workday, Snowflake, custom apps). Establish patterns for SuiteScript 2.x, SDF, RESTlets, NetSuite REST/SOAP, SuiteQL, generative AI, and developer platform implementations. - **Pioneer integration strategy:** Build integration strategies, governance models, and reference architectures with standards for error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation to ensure accurate, auditable data flow. - **Lead AI innovation:** Explore, evaluate, and implement AI capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Flowise, LangChain) for NetSuite-centered processes with appropriate data-protection controls. - **Establish engineering principles:** Define standards for software engineering, architectural design, development practices, and technical governance (including code review and sandbox-to-production deployment). Use GitHub for version control. - **Define quality strategy:** Create quality frameworks, metrics, and continuous improvement methods, including regression and UAT with business stakeholders and validation against NetSuite release cycles. - **Set data architecture patterns:** Define reference architecture for extracting, modeling, and governing NetSuite data in Snowflake, including security zones and data-product catalogues. - **Drive technological transformation:** Lead research into emerging technologies (including new LLMs and NetSuite platform capabilities) and create adoption roadmaps that deliver business value. - **Create governance and change control:** Establish governance for documentation, knowledge management, and change control aligned with internal financial controls (SOX compliance), including NetSuite role design and segregation of duties. - **Architect security:** Design security and compliance architectures for NetSuite and connected automation solutions, including token-based and OAuth 2.0 authentication for integrations. **What You Need** - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (CS/IT/Engineering or
